What Is Our Future? Our future is grounded in our community continuing to grow into the
life-giving love of God.
We invite you to join us in discovering this life!

Our future is welcoming others into the unending love of God. Our community's life "happens among us" as we imagine and live into the possibilities of sharing in God's love, forgiveness, understanding and compassion with those in our day-to-day world.

- - - -

Who are we becoming as we live into this future?

We are a vibrant Christian community that enjoys
life-giving worship, fellowship and service.

Our shared life of faith animates and illumines the way we experience our day-to-day world.
We invite you to come and join us in this journey. Come, discover this way of life with us!

Children are vital to our community. Passing on this life-giving faith to the next generation is a key priority of St. Mary Magdalene. We invite you to bring your entire family to experience this life-giving community.

Adults among us are a cross-section of the broader community we serve. There is no “typical” member, no “understood” dress code, and no shared social class or common ethnic background among us. We are young, we are elder, we are married, we are single, we are cradle Christians, converts and many renewed in faith.

What we have in common is the way we experience this life in our shared worship, fellowship and service. Together we are learning about, experiencing and living out the unending love of God.

Living in the unending love of God? What could this possibly mean for us...for you?
Come discover this life with us!

 Our Home for Continued Ministry

From the first day of our life together, St. Mary Magdalene has always known that the Church is the people brought together for shared life. The Church is not a place, nor a building. It is the community gathered in worship and fellowship, and then the community scattered in service and mission.

Throughout the history of the Church the people of God have gathered in a variety of settings to worship and break bread. In the early years of faithful ministry St. Mary Magdalene gathered in a variety of places to worship, for fellowship and to reach out to others in the love of God. We've gathered in basements, homes, civic buildings, funeral homes and storefront chapels.

Several years ago, recognizing our need for our own ministry home--one built specifically for our ministries' needs--we began the process of designing, raising the funds for and building our first structure to carry out our continued faithful ministry of worship, fellowship and service.

On Saturday, July 31, 2010 The Right Reverend Barry R. Howe and St. Mary Magdalene dedicated and began using its first structure built specifically for its ministry purposes. Click here to see pictures from this great day of celebration.

We invite you to come and enjoy worship, fellowship and share in serving others as we grow in new ministries through this expanded ministry tool! Come and join us!
